These terms cover your use of SlamSweep at slamsweep.com. By using the site you agree to them. They are deliberately short - SlamSweep is a free tool for drawing names out of a hat, not a bank.
What SlamSweep is
SlamSweep generates tennis sweepstake draws: it randomly assigns tennis players to the participant names you enter, then encodes the result in a shareable link. There are no accounts and your sweepstakes are not stored on our servers - the draw lives entirely in the link you create.
Your sweepstake is your responsibility
SlamSweep only draws the names. We do not collect entry fees, hold prize money, take a cut, or pay anything out - any money side of your sweepstake is arranged entirely between you and your group. If you run a paid sweep, it is your responsibility to make sure it is allowed under the rules that apply to you (for example your workplace's policies and the law where you live). Many places treat small, informal sweepstakes among colleagues or friends differently from commercial gambling, but the rules vary - if in doubt, keep it free or check first.
Fair use
Don't use SlamSweep for anything unlawful, and don't enter names or information you don't have the right to share. Anyone who receives a share link can see the names in that sweepstake, so only include what you're happy for the group to see.
Accuracy and availability
We load official tournament draws when they are published and keep them as accurate as we can, but player lists can change after publication (withdrawals, lucky losers) and we make no guarantee they are complete or current. SlamSweep is provided free and "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we may change or withdraw features at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site - including any disputes over who won your sweepstake, which we politely suggest you settle over tea.
Advertising
SlamSweep is funded by a small amount of advertising served by Google AdSense. How advertising cookies and consent work is covered in our privacy policy, and you can change your choices any time via the privacy settings link in the footer.
Trademarks
Wimbledon, the US Open, the Australian Open and Roland Garros are the trademarks of their respective organisations. SlamSweep is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any tennis tournament, governing body or player.
